Terms and Conditions: Sharing Content with Prizes Campaign

Eligibility:
The ITOT Workbench Sharing Content with Prizes Campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of ITOT Workbench are not eligible to participate.

Campaign Duration:
The campaign begins on 1 Sep 2023 and ends on 30 Sep 2023. Entries submitted after the campaign period will not be considered.

Entry Requirements:
- Participants must post a photo on Instagram featuring our Roaze Wipes, Miniware Tableware, TrendyValley products.
- The photo must include the  hashtag either #roazesg #miniwaresg #trendyvalleysg and must tag @itot_workbench.
- Participants' profiles must be public during the campaign period for entries to be visible.

Content Guidelines:
- Photos must be original and not violate any copyrights or trademarks.
- Content should be appropriate and free from offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language.
- By participating, entrants grant ITOT Workbench the right to use and repost their submitted content on ITOT Workbench's official social media platforms and website.

Prizes:
- Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
- ITOT Workbench reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equivalent item if necessary.

Winner Selection:
- Winners will be announced on 1 Oct 2023 via ITOT Workbench's official social media platforms (FB or IG) and contacted via direct message.
- Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

Privacy:
Personal information collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purpose of prize distribution and communication with participants.

Legal:
- By participating in the campaign, participants release ITOT Workbench from any liability related to the campaign.
- This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.

Disqualification:
ITOT Workbench reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the campaign guidelines or terms and conditions.

Modification or Termination:
ITOT Workbench reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign for any reason.

By participating in the ITOT Workbench Snap & Sharing Content with Prizes Campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
